What is the WagiPlus transaction password?
The transaction password is a second password — separate from your login password — that confirms money leaving your account. It protects your balance if someone learns your login details.
- Set it in your account or security settings before your first withdrawal.
- Forgot it? Use the reset option in the app or contact support from inside the app. Expect to verify your identity.
- Never share it. Anyone asking for your transaction password, OTP or MPIN — in chat, by phone or on Facebook — is trying to take your money.
WagiPlus turnover: why your withdrawal is blocked
If you claimed a bonus such as the ₱188 download promo, its winnings usually can't be withdrawn until you've bet a set multiple — the turnover or wagering requirement. Example: ₱188 with a 10× turnover means ₱1,880 in total bets first.

No real platform asks you to pay to receive your own winnings. If a "WagiPlus agent", a Facebook page or a chat tells you to send a tax, unlock fee, VIP upgrade or "verification deposit" to release a withdrawal — it's a scam. Stop paying, save screenshots and report it to the CICC hotline 1326.
